Dispatcher accounts are provisioned by your company’s Admin:
- Your Admin creates your profile with the Dispatcher role in Settings > Team.
- Your Admin gives you your email and temporary password (12+ characters).
- Go to /login and sign in to open your operational dispatch workspace.
Dispatch board and fleet tracking
The Dispatcher dashboard is optimized for operational execution:
- Active Freight: View all loads currently in transit, scheduled pickups, and delivered shipments across your fleet.
- Equipment Tracking: Monitor which trucks and drivers are assigned to which loads, review driver contact details, and check equipment readiness.
- Status Management: Advance load lifecycle states from booked to dispatched, at pickup, in transit, at delivery, and delivered.
Managing loads and stops
Coordinate shipments with precision:
- Multi-Stop Routing: Add, edit, and sequence multi-stop pickups and deliveries with arrival dates, appointment windows, and facility addresses.
- Document Uploads: Upload operational documents directly from the field or browser: Bills of Lading (BOL), Proofs of Delivery (POD), and scale tickets up to 5 MiB.
- Load Notes: Record operational dispatch notes, transit updates, and check-call timestamps.
Requesting accessorial approvals
When unexpected expenses occur on the road:
- Accessorial Requests: Dispatchers can submit approval requests for detention, layover, lumper fees, and stop-off charges directly from the load drawer.
- Approval Workflow: Submitted requests enqueue for Admin or Accountant review. Once approved, the accessorial charge is officially applied to the load and invoice.
- Status Tracking: Real-time visibility into pending, approved, and rejected accessorial requests with decision notes.
Protected rate confidentiality
To maintain financial confidentiality and operational focus:
- Rates Hidden: Freight gross linehaul rates, customer invoicing amounts, and company profit figures are hidden from load cards, tables, and drawers.
- No Invoices or Paystubs: Access to customer invoices, contractor settlements, factoring, and financial reports is restricted to Admins and Accountants.
- Rate Confirmation Privacy: Rate confirmation documents containing broker pricing agreements are restricted from dispatcher view.
