Employee guide
Sign in with the account your Admin creates, find loads, trucks, and drivers, and work with BOL and POD documents.

Get your account
Employees do not create their own accounts. Your company’s Admin creates yours and hands you a work email plus a temporary password. If you don’t have those yet, ask your Admin — there is no self-signup into an existing company workspace.
- Get your work email and temporary password from your Admin (share passwords through a secure channel, not chat or text).
- Go to the sign-in page, enter that email and temporary password, and click Sign in.
- On your first sign-in you are asked to review and accept the Terms of Service, EULA, Acceptable Use Policy, and Billing Terms, and to acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You cannot open the dashboard until you accept. Your Admin cannot accept for you.
- Set your own password right away: click Forgot password? on the login screen, enter your work email, open the recovery link from your inbox, click Continue securely, and set a new password of at least 12 characters. After that, sign in with the new password.
Your acceptance is recorded with the version and time. If we publish a new version, you are asked to accept it the next time you sign in.
Open your dashboard
- Sign in with your work email and password. Employees land on the Employee Dashboard automatically — you don’t pick where to go.
- The top cards show Loads on file, Trucks active, and Pickups this week. There is no money total card for your role.
- The left sidebar carries Command Center, Loads, Trucks, Drivers, and Settings. The top bar shows Employee and your company name; the theme toggle next to it switches light/dark appearance.
- If the bell in the top bar lists Driver credential requires attention, a driver’s CDL or medical-card date needs review — open Drivers and check the flagged profile.
- To sign out, open the account menu in the top bar, click Log out, and confirm.
Daily Employee work
- Loads — click Add load to record freight: truck number, pickup/delivery locations and dates, equipment, broker, status, and comments. There is no Rate field for your role. Update a load with Edit load; search and filter the list; Export CSV for reporting (the CSV has no money column).
- BOL/POD documents — on a load row, click Documents and upload, replace, or download the Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD). Files must be PDF, JPEG, or PNG up to 5 MiB. You can view version history, but archiving or restoring versions is an Admin action.
- Trucks — create or update truck profiles with New truck (truck number, VIN, driver assignment), same as Admins.
- Drivers — review the driver list with CDL and medical status badges and open a driver to see contact details and dates. The list is read-only for you: you can’t add or archive drivers. If a driver needs to be added, ask your Admin.
What you will not see
These are intentional role boundaries, not bugs — money and credential data stay with Admins:
- All money amounts — Rate, Total booked, receipts, allocations, deductions, settlement amounts;
- The Settlements menu and everything in it;
- Rate Confirmation documents (the slot is hidden);
- CDL and Medical Card file uploads;
- Adding or archiving drivers, and archiving loads;
- Editing company settings — your Settings screen is read-only (“Configured by your company Admin”).
If something you need is behind one of these boundaries, ask your company Admin. For questions about how your information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
