Readonly auditor guide

Get your account

Readonly accounts are provisioned by your company’s Admin:

1. Your Admin creates your profile with the Readonly role in Settings > Team.
2. Your Admin gives you your email and temporary password (12+ characters).
3. Go to /login and sign in to access your read-only audit workspace.

Auditor workspace

The Readonly role provides full visibility into company operations without risk of accidental data modification:

• Operational Transparency: View active and archived loads, multi-stop transit timelines, truck and trailer equipment rosters, and driver profiles.
• Safety & Compliance Records: Inspect CDL and medical card advisory dates, inspection logs, and repair maintenance histories.
• Document Review: View and download operational documents including Bills of Lading (BOL), Proofs of Delivery (POD), and rate confirmations.

Financial audit & reports

Perform thorough financial verification and due diligence:

• Invoicing & Receivables: Review customer invoice histories, payment records, credit memos, and accounts receivable aging summaries.
• Settlements & Ledgers: Inspect finalized driver settlement statements, expense ledgers, and factoring schedules.
• Financial Activity Journal: Access the General Ledger Lite under Reports > Financial Journal to review chronological cash inflows, outflows, noncash obligations, running cash balances, and download sanitized CSV reports.

Zero-mutation protection

Your account is protected by strict, multi-layered security controls:

• Database RLS Restrictions: Restrictive Row Level Security policies (phase11_readonly_no_insert, phase11_readonly_no_update, phase11_readonly_no_delete) run at the PostgreSQL engine level, unconditionally rejecting any write attempt across all tables.
• UI Protection: Creation forms, edit buttons, and deletion actions are disabled or hidden automatically.
• Immutable Audit Log: All user logins and read activities comply with strict tenant boundaries, guaranteeing that records remain pristine and unmodified.
